RemanOS helps parts sellers and remanufacturers manage sales history, active listings, buy lists, supplier offers, and inventory decisions. This policy explains what information RemanOS uses and how it is handled.
Information We Collect
RemanOS may store account information, organization settings, parts catalog records, inventory counts, costs, buy-list prices, imported sales records, active listing records, supplier offer submissions, photos submitted through buy boards, and operational logs needed to run the application.
eBay Account Data
If you connect an eBay seller account, RemanOS stores OAuth tokens so it can access permitted eBay data for that connected company. RemanOS may use eBay sold order data and active listing data to match parts, calculate demand, estimate stock coverage, and produce restock recommendations. RemanOS does not sell eBay account data.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate RemanOS, authenticate users, sync marketplace data when authorized, build buy lists, calculate recommendations, process supplier submissions, improve matching quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
Sharing and Service Providers
RemanOS uses service providers such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, and email providers to run the application. Data is shared with those providers only as needed to provide the service. RemanOS does not sell personal information.
Retention and Deletion
Business records are kept while an organization uses RemanOS or as needed for operational, legal, security, or backup purposes. Connected marketplace tokens can be removed by disconnecting the marketplace account or by contacting the RemanOS administrator. eBay marketplace account deletion notifications are received at the endpoint registered with eBay.
Security
RemanOS uses access controls, organization-level data separation, server-side environment variables, and hosted infrastructure controls to help protect account and business data. No system can guarantee perfect security.
